The Imperial Constiution is the constitution of the Calathrinan Empire. It is divided into chapters.
Chapter I declares and defines the extent of autocracy in the Calathrinan Empire, including the powers and supreme authority of the Emperor. He has supermacy over the Law, the Church, the Duma, and the Nation. This Chapter also outlines the activites of the Prime Minister and Imperial Cabinet.
Chapter II defines the right and obligations of the citizens of the Calathrinan Empire. It defines the scope and supermacy of law over Calathrinan subjects. It confirms the human tights guranteed to all people.
Chapter III discusses the regulation over laws and the operations of the Calathrinan Parilament.
Finally, the General Provision discusess the scope of the Constitution and how amendments can be enacted or repealed.
